Our hours of operation are from 10 am til late, Monday to Saturday. However if you have an urgent requirement for work done outside these hours then let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Talisman Tattoo has been serving the public since January of 2003. Noel and Kelly previously had a very successful tattoo studio based in Queensland, Australia, for several years before deciding to settle down in New Zealand. A pioneer in his field, Noel has achieved a lot in his tattoo career, and is well qualified in the art of tattooing as well as the technical knowledge that comes with it. Having sat a government approved cross contamination and hygiene course in Australia, he understands the importance of safety and hygiene within the studio.

We have some exceptional talent within our studio, with skills that span the large and diverse range of the tattoo discipline. From “new old school” to Maori, to Neotribal and religious art, we can do it all! Feel free to bring in your own designs, and our friendly crew can help you develop ideas and images for your very own custom tattoo.

Noel has unfortunately left our fair shores mid 2007, and has gone to Spokane, Washington State in America to pursue his career over there, but has left the Studio in the capable hands of his son, Ben Messer.
